This luxurious villa is ideal for events like weddings, baby showers, Sangeet nights, birthday celebrations, or an intimate gathering.

We welcome events with up to 150 guests. Event nights have special pricing and require prior approval. A refundable security deposit and event fee apply.

House Rules for Event Nights Up to 150 Guests

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful event experience for everyone, please carefully review the following rules for events with large guest counts:

Event Fees

• Events with more than 20 guests require a special event fee, which is separate from the normal nightly rental rate.
• Event fees cover additional cleaning, setup, and management required to accommodate large gatherings.
• The exact fee will be provided and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required for all large events to cover potential damages or violations of house rules.
• The deposit amount will be communicated prior to your stay based on the event size and details.
• The deposit will be returned after a successful inspection of the property, provided there is no damage or violation of policies.

Additional Charges

• Any damages, excessive cleaning, noise violations, or extra guest fees incurred during the event will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
• Unauthorized guests or parties beyond the approved count may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
